We want you to experience the “Gentle Care, Powerful Clean” of Toothox with total confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

4.2 Hygiene & Safety Requirements

Because our products are used for personal oral hygiene, we must maintain strict health protocols. We can only accept returns if:

• The product is in its original, unopened hygiene-first packaging (the transparent tube).
• The security seal (if applicable) is intact.
• The product shows no signs of use or wear.

4.3 Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your Toothox brush arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please contact us at +923701290650 within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4.4 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team in Karachi, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
