  • What makes the Toothox Nano Brush different from a regular toothbrush? Unlike standard brushes that use thick nylon bristles, Toothox features over 12,000 ultra-sonic micro-fine bristles. This high density allows for a “Gentle Care, Powerful Clean” that polishes teeth without the abrasive scrubbing that can damage gums.
  • Is this brush suitable for sensitive gums? Absolutely. We are a Gum Health Specialist brand. Our technology is specifically designed for the “Sensitive Brusher,” including those with gum recession, bleeding gums, or pregnancy-related sensitivity.
  • Does a softer brush actually clean as well as a hard one? Yes! In fact, it often cleans better. The 12,000+ bristles create a larger surface area that removes plaque and stains more effectively than a few hundred thick bristles, all while being much gentler on your enamel.

Usage & Maintenance

  • How often should I replace my Toothox brush? To maintain peak performance and hygiene, we recommend replacing your brush every 3 months, or sooner if you have been sick.
  • How do I clean my brush? After brushing, rinse the head thoroughly under warm water to remove any remaining toothpaste. Since the bristles are so dense, give it a light flick to remove excess water before placing it back in its signature travel tube or a well-ventilated area.
  • Is the travel tube included with every purchase? Yes! We believe in Hygiene-First Packaging. Every individual Toothox brush comes with its own transparent protective tube to keep your bristles clean at home or on the go.

Orders & Shipping

  • Where do you ship from? All orders are processed and shipped from our facility at R45/103, Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi, Pakistan.
  • How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times within Pakistan usually range from 3–5 business days, while international shipping varies by location.
  • What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return policy. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the protective tube remains unopened and the seal is intact.
